BCS Software Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6/1/2021 Your Location Information BCS provides Public Safety software products that do collect information about your location when you use our software applications as location is a critical part of the operation of those products. Our software is provided directly to Public Safety organizations for location and dispatching purposes. Any location information obtained by our application are contained on those agencies' / organizations' servers and networks. No location data is provided directly to or used by BCS. Your location can be determined with varying degrees of accuracy by: GPS & Sensor data from your device Information about things near your device, such as GPS, Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices The types of location data we collect depend in part on your device. We use various technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, local storage, such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs. Again, any collected data is transferred and/or stored on the customers/agencies servers and networks and not with or used by BCS. |
